Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American actress, comedian and activist. After moving to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. She began her career as an actress in her early years as a child. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 until 2016 - and in 2020 - have has made her famous. She was also a regular series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub was also part of the cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her casting in the pilot series called New Warriors. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also a Jew. At the age of two She and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to avoid antisemitism and settled in West Hollywood. When she was five she began to appear in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out after her sophomore year, obtained an GED and went to complete the Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. She learned how to perform improv from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
