Nathan John Feuerstein was born March 30, 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer , and songwriter. There are two EPs on his discography I'm Free (2012)[3]and an EP self-titled with Capitol CMG in 2014. His first major-label album, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. The second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016, and peaked at the number 12 spot on the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous distinctions, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF reached mainstream popularity through Perception in the year 2017. The album charted on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified Platinum. "Let You Fall" reached number twelve. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe as well as being a top ten single. The same commercial success was achieved with his follow up The Search (2019). Feuerstein claimed that rap was his escape from the world during his childhood. Feuerstein recorded songs with an singing machine. He recorded instrumentals and sang on one microphone. Feuerstein is his real name, released Moments his debut studio album on the 29th of November, 2010. His first single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and the producer of the track. In 2012, the work of Feuerstein attracted the attention of Xist Music. His first extended play, I'm Free came out on May 2, 2012 by Feuerstein with production assistance from Profitt. The tracklist included nine songs that included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist had previously teased the release of their self-titled, extended plays, NF, but Feuerstein was unable to work with the label due to an argument, and the release of NF was delayed. NF was accompanied by a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1 On November 4 in 2013, he debuted "Beautiful Addiction", the single. The track again featured an appearance from Profitt along with the voices of Brady Schmitz and Danielle Swift.
