Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. His stage name is the name of a beloved uncle, with the initials and the first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, as well as an agreement for publishing with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint record deal with Epic Records and T.I. Then, he launched his Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released his first full-length project, Owl Pharaoh, and was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit track "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) earned him his first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) alongside Quavo, under the collective name Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. It was the first album to feature his Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following his hit single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within a year.
